How We Work

Enter the market without building everything at once.

Start with real market activity. Add people and infrastructure as the market proves itself.

Entering a new market usually creates a difficult choice. Invest too little, and the market never gets a serious effort. Invest too much too early, and you may build an office, team and management structure before you know what the market can produce.

Global Impact gives you another option. We help you put real sales activity into the market first. You can use our people, management, infrastructure and relationships, then add more of your own as the market proves itself.

You do not need to make every decision on day one. The level of commitment can grow as the market gives you better reasons to invest.

Start with what you need now. Add more when the market gives you a reason.

What happens next

Most market entries move through three clear phases.

A company may start by validating the market, build sales as buyer response becomes real, and scale once the business case is clear.

Not every company starts at Phase 1. If you already have customers or strong traction, you may begin at Phase 2 or Phase 3.

The principle is simple: invest more only when the market gives you a reason.

Phase 1

Market Validation

Test real buyer response before you build a local office, team or management structure.

Start focused

Phase 2

Build Sales

Turn buyer interest into pipeline, customers and revenue. Increase the sales effort before taking on the full fixed cost.

Increase commitment

Phase 3

Scaling

Add permanent people, management, channels and infrastructure once the market has shown it can work.

Build for long-term growth

These are not fixed time periods. Some companies move quickly. Others need more time. The market tells us when the next level of investment makes sense.

Phase 1

Market Validation

Find out if the market justifies a bigger investment.

Before you build a local team, you need real contact with buyers. That usually starts with one dedicated person working on your market, part-time or full-time, as an extension of your team.

In the United States, that is often a dedicated salesperson managed by Global Impact. In other markets, it may be a local representative.

The work can include email outreach, calls, buyer meetings, follow-up, testing the message and price, developing early opportunities, and speaking with partners or distributors where relevant.

Goal: Find out whether buyer interest is strong enough to justify a larger sales effort.

The goal is not to prove the original plan was right. It is to learn what the market is really telling us.

Phase 2

Build Sales

Turn buyer interest into customers and revenue.

When buyer response becomes real, the sales effort grows. A part-time role may become full-time. Conversations become an active pipeline. The focus moves to proposals, negotiations, customers and revenue.

Global Impact manages the market effort and adjusts the message, sales approach and priorities based on what buyers are telling us.

Goal: Prove that the market can produce customers and revenue consistently enough to justify a larger operation.

Build sales first. Add more permanent structure when the business supports it.

Phase 3

Scaling

Build around what is already working.

Once customers are buying and the sales pattern is becoming clear, the question changes from does this work? to how far can it go?

You do not need to add everything at once. Add each salesperson, manager, channel, specialist or piece of infrastructure when there is a clear business reason.

For selected clients with strong market evidence, Global Impact can also help raise growth capital to accelerate what is already working. Our belief is simple: sales first, capital later. Prove demand first. Then use capital to expand sales, distribution, people and infrastructure in the U.S. and, where the opportunity supports it, internationally.

Goal: Build an operation that can keep growing, with more people, processes and infrastructure moving inside your company over time.

Permanent investment follows market evidence. Capital should accelerate proven growth, not substitute for it.

How the model works

Your company stays in front. Global Impact works behind it.

Customers should experience your company from day one. Think of Global Impact as a strategic operating partner. We bring people, management, infrastructure and relationships to the market effort, but everything is built around your company and carried out on its behalf. As the market proves itself, you can build more of that capability inside your own organization.

Because this model requires real involvement from our team, we work with a limited number of companies each year and select those where we believe we can make a meaningful difference.

What customers see

Your company.

The person working the market operates as an extension of your team.

  • Your company identity and email
  • Your CRM and pipeline
  • Your sales materials and approved sales process
  • Your reporting structure
  • Your product and technical team

What Global Impact provides

The support behind the market effort.

Use our management, infrastructure and local support until the market justifies building more of your own.

  • Experienced market management
  • An established office and operating base in the United States
  • Recruiting and operating support
  • Local relationships and market access
  • Specialists added when the work needs them
  • Local representatives in international markets

Built to become yours

Over time, more of the market operation can move inside your company.

Global Impact can lead the market effort while your local operation is being built. As the market proves itself, people, processes, management and infrastructure can increasingly move inside your company. That is a good outcome.

As the market proves itself, you can add permanent people, move responsibilities in-house and build more of your own infrastructure. If the market does not justify that investment, you do not have to make it.

You control

  • Ownership of the company and product
  • Corporate strategy
  • Final approvals and pricing
  • Product expertise
  • Delivery and customer support

Global Impact leads, as agreed

  • Day-to-day sales and market management
  • Buyer and opportunity development
  • Channel, distributor and representative development
  • Pipeline management and follow-up
  • Local coordination
  • Market feedback and recommended changes

The goal is to help you build a market operation that can increasingly stand on its own.

Questions we are often asked

Who do customers see?

Your company. The person working the market acts as an extension of your team, using your company identity, approved materials and systems. Global Impact provides the management, infrastructure and support behind the effort.

Who manages the salesperson or representative?

In the United States, Global Impact can recruit and manage the salesperson day to day. In other markets, we coordinate with the local representative. Your team stays involved in key decisions, pricing and customer commitments.

Where do the contacts, pipeline and market knowledge live?

In your systems, usually your own CRM, so the contacts, pipeline history and market learning stay connected to your company.

Do we need an office or local team to begin?

Often, no. In the United States, the work can begin from Global Impact's operating base. Your own office, team or local management can be added later, when the market justifies them.

How do we stay informed?

The pipeline remains visible in your CRM. We review progress with your team regularly and discuss what buyers are saying, what is moving forward and what needs to change.

What happens if the market does not respond?

Then we should learn that early. We can change the approach, reduce the effort or stop. It is better to make that decision before you build a larger local structure.

Do you work outside the United States?

Yes. For U.S. companies expanding internationally, we work through our international representative network and coordinate the market effort with your team.

Where do you want to grow next?

You do not need to know the final structure before you begin. The right starting point depends on what the market has already shown you and what you need next.

Tell us where you are today, and we can start there.
