Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Global Impact, Inc. (“Global Impact”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit glopact.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it.

Who we are

Global Impact, Inc. helps companies enter the United States and expand internationally. We have offices in Miami, Florida and Fair Lawn, New Jersey. You can reach us at simon@glopact.com or +1 844 447 7624.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company, target market, subject and message. We use it only to review your enquiry and reply to you, and to continue the conversation if you want to work with us. The form sends your message to us by email. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for unrelated marketing.

If you email or call us directly, we use the details you share in the same way.

Scheduling a call

The Website links to our scheduling page on Calendly. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there and handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive your booking details so we can hold the meeting.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Website, for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, the approximate region they visit from, the type of device and browser, and whether the contact form was submitted, the meeting link was clicked or the book link was followed. We use these reports in aggregate to improve the Website. We do not use them to identify you personally, we do not use advertising features, and we do not sell or share this information for advertising. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted.

Like most websites, our hosting provider and the WordPress software keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the date and time of a request) for security and to keep the Website running.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items:

  • Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*), set by Google Analytics to distinguish visits. They last up to two years. They are only set where you have allowed analytics, as described below.
  • Your cookie choice (gi-consent, stored in your browser), so we do not ask again on every page.
  • Contact form draft (stored in your browser for the current session only), so a message you are writing is not lost if the page reloads. It is cleared when the message is sent or the browser tab is closed.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from social networks.

Your cookie choices

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before any analytics cookies are set. Until you accept, Google Analytics does not store cookies on your device. Visitors elsewhere receive analytics cookies by default and can decline them at any time. Everyone can change their choice using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Third-party services

The Website relies on a small number of third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:

  • GoDaddy, which hosts the Website and its content delivery network.
  • Google Analytics, for visitor statistics, where allowed.
  • An email delivery service, which passes contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the Website’s typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google’s servers.
  • Calendly, if you choose to schedule a call.
  • Amazon, if you follow a link to buy a book. Amazon handles any purchase under its own terms.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business conversations, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential. We are happy to discuss a non-disclosure agreement when appropriate.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing simon@glopact.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond within a reasonable time.

International visitors

Global Impact is based in the United States, and the services we use may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries for the information you send through the contact form. You also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive a copy of your information, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
